Une agence de l'UE recherche un Assistant de soutien de bureau pour rejoindre son équipe logistique à Strasbourg. Ce poste temporaire offre une opportunité de travailler dans un environnement multiculturel et de participer à des tâches diverses liées à la logistique et à la gestion de bureau. Les candidats doivent avoir un diplôme postsecondaire et au moins 2 ans d'expérience dans un rôle similaire, avec une bonne maîtrise de l'anglais et une connaissance de base du français.

About the Agency

Our client, eu-LISA, is the European Union Agency responsible for operating large-scale IT systems that help keep Europe safe and support cooperation in areas like security, migration, and justice. Civitta, in cooperation with Talenta, provides temporary agency workers to eu-LISA.

We are looking for

Office Support Assistant to support the Logistics team within the Corporate Services Department.

The position is based in Strasbourg, France. It is primarily an on-site role with the possibility of hybrid working, in line with eu-LISA's policies.

In this role, you will help ensure the efficient flow of resources, materials, and office supplies within the Agency by supporting logistics and general services. You will work closely with internal teams to coordinate deliveries, maintain documentation, and ensure that the Agency’s workspaces and storage areas are well-organised and fit for purpose.


What will you do:
  • Collect and process internal requests related to logistics, facilities, and office management.
  • Keep accurate records of logistics activities, schedules, and office supplies.
  • Support the administration and proper use of office spaces and storage areas.
  • Assist with logistics, office management, and coordination of document flows.
  • Monitor office supplies and ensure availability according to business needs.
  • Maintain and update required documentation, ensuring it is organised and accessible.
  • Respond appropriately to emergencies or urgent logistical issues.
  • Provide support for meeting organisation, when required.
  • Prepare reports, notes, letters, presentations, and meeting minutes.
  • Assist in planning, execution, and monitoring of logistical processes.
  • Provide input to reports related to eu-LISA’s logistics and general services.
What is required of your profile:
  • Post-secondary education attested by a diploma.
  • At least 2 years of experience in logistics, office management, administrative support, or a similar role.
  • Good command of written and spoken English (minimum B2 level).
  • Basic command of French (minimum A2 level).
  • You hold the nationality of an EU Member State, or of Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, or Switzerland.
  • Ability to work effectively, independently, and with attention to detail in a multicultural environment.
What eu-LISA offers
  • A full-time (35-hours a week), temporary job from 16/08/2025 - 16/08/2026.
  • Monthly gross salary 3,853 EUR.
