What is the role?

We are looking for a dynamic Office Manager as an Apprenticeship to join our expanding team in Toulouse. This role is essential for supporting our team's growth and ensuring the smooth operation of the office.

Some of your daily tasks will include:

• Foster a positive work environment by organizing events and addressing team needs
• Develop and maintain professional networks in Toulouse
• Welcome and guide new employees, including distributing badges and giving office tours
• Receive and assist clients and service providers upon their arrival
• Serve as the main point of contact for service providers
• Manage office supply purchases based on various needs
• Coordinate with our accounting departments in France and Bulgaria, with bi-monthly updates of the payment file according to accounting department instructions. Reconcile expense reports, including reviewing and submitting monthly invoices from providers and consultants to the accounting firm
• Oversee and manage team expense reports
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between the headquarters and the Toulouse office
• Develop and maintain processes to improve office quality of life
• Manage company assets efficiently
