Qualifications

• 10-12 Jahre Erfahrung im Finanzbereich, idealerweise in Private Equity.
• Erfahrung als Head of Finance, Head of Accounting oder CFO.

Responsabilités

• Aufbau der Finanzfunktion nach PE-Standard und Integration nach Fusionen.
• Vorbereitung des Unternehmens auf den Exit-Prozess.

The Opportunity

A software company with an excellent track record that a private equity investor has acquired is looking for an entrepreneurial and ambitious CFO to lead the company by setting up the finance function and exit process.

The Role

Setting up the finance function to PE standard, integrating Post-merger, and preparing the company for an exit. You’ll be a partner to an exceptional CEO and will report to the investor. The revenue of the company is above 20 million euros.

Required Experience

• Private Equity experience
• Venture Capital Experience
• Set up the finance function and Reporting
• Accounting
• No more than 10–12 years of finance experience
• Working in companies with no more than 30 million euro in revenues
• French Speaker
• Head of Finance / Head of Accounting / CFO Experience
