Qualifications

Job Description

Within the Industrial Automation Business Unit, the Control & Signaling activity, located in France & Singapore, handles electromechanical components used in industrial machinery.

Your role :

You will manage sustainable development projects for C&S offerings, ensuring project objectives are met in customer satisfaction, quality, time-to-market, development costs, and product profitability. You will oversee international teams across functions involved in offer creation, including marketing, design, laboratories, manufacturing, quality, factories, and purchasing.

You will serve as the main interface with international partners and the legal department for projects involving labelled offers.

You will be based in Angoulême, France, reporting to the Project Management Officer (PMO) for C&S.

Your main missions :

• Focus on customer and business needs, defining project vision with stakeholders.
• Manage all project activities from inception to closure across all functions.
• Develop and update the project management plan, seeking efficiencies.
• Define and manage project budget, resources, and schedule.
• Lead and motivate the project team, coordinating with other teams.
• Encourage ownership of project objectives among functions.
• Lead decision-making processes at the project level.
• Apply risk management techniques, identifying risks and implementing responses.
• Oversee project planning, arbitration, and corrective actions for deviations.

Your profile :

Minimum 3 years of higher education in electromechanical, electrical, or electronic engineering and at least 5 years of project management experience in electromechanical or electronic products.
