Houlihan Lokey is seeking an Intern for its Primary Capital Advisory team in Paris to support fundraising and investor-relations activities. You will help position alternative asset brands, develop marketing materials, and assist with due diligence responses under the guidance of a senior team.

The role emphasizes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask across multiple fundraising projects within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Private equity fundraising experience or exposure in investor relations.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in French and English is highly desirable, with additional European language skills a plus.

Responsabilités

• Provide strategic advice on positioning alternative asset brands in the market.
• Produce core fundraising materials (investor presentations, DDQ, etc.) with bespoke analyses.
• Manage fundraising processes, investor tracking and client communication.
• Prepare due diligence materials in response to fund investor inquiries.
• Identify new opportunities and assist in creating pitch materials and analyses.
