Job summary

Aiven is seeking the technical owner of our strategic OEM partnerships, guiding engagements from pre‑sales through production at scale. You’ll embed the Aiven platform inside partner products, shape architectures, automate where appropriate, and own the technical narrative across partner, product and engineering teams.

In this AI‑native role you’ll run proofs of concept, translate complex technical value into business outcomes, and drive fast, reliable deployments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in solutions architecture, pre‑sales or technical consulting for software or cloud.
• Experience with OEM or ISV partnerships embedding platforms.
• Proven PoC to production deployments.
• Fluency in English; ability to communicate with engineers and executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical evaluations and PoCs with OEM partners.
• Design scalable, secure architectures for partner deployments.
• Deliver training, workshops and reference architectures.
• Own end‑to‑end partner issues and feed product roadmap.
