Job Title: OEM Sales Engineer

We are hiring an OEM Sales Engineer to meet and exceed sales targets in the EMEA region, focusing on the OI Andor portfolio. The role involves managing OEM sales activities, serving as the primary contact for key accounts and new OEM customers, and collaborating closely with the sales team and other departments to develop territory strategies and achieve sales goals.

Responsibilities
  • Manage OEM sales activities within the assigned territory.
  • Build and execute territory action plans.
  • Collaborate with various departments to support sales initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Materials Sciences, Chemistry, Physics, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of sales experience with technical scientific products.
  • Minimum of 2 years managing OEM customer relationships.
  • Experience developing territory-specific sales strategies.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms and MS Office.
Additional Details

This is a permanent, home-based position ideally in Germany, with consideration for applicants in France, Netherlands, or the UK. Applicants must have the right to work in their country and travel within EMEA. Sponsorship is not provided.
