Position: OEM Sales Engineer

We are hiring an OEM Sales Engineer who will combine application and market knowledge to meet and exceed sales targets in the EMEA territory and ensure all company-wide strategic goals are achieved.

The OEM Sales Engineer will be responsible for all assigned OEM sales activities within their territory for the OI Andor portfolio. They will serve as the primary contact for existing Key Accounts and potential new OEM customers throughout the sales process.

This individual will work closely with the OEM Sales Manager and Head of Segment Sales to build territory action plans and collaborate with Service, Marketing, Applications, and other sales resources to achieve targets.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Materials Sciences, Chemistry, Physics, or related fields
  • At least 3 years of sales experience with technical scientific products such as spectroscopy or confocal microscopy
  • Minimum of 2 years managing OEM customers
  • Experience developing and implementing territory-specific sales strategies
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms and MS Office applications

This is a permanent, remote position ideally based in Germany, with consideration for applicants in France, Netherlands, or the UK.
