We are hiring: OEM Sales Engineer

The OEM Sales Engineer will combine application and market knowledge to meet and exceed sales targets in the EMEA territory, ensuring all company-wide strategic goals are achieved.

This role is responsible for all assigned OEM sales activities in their territory for the OI Andor portfolio. The position serves as the primary contact for existing Key Accounts and potential OEM customers throughout the sales process.

The OEM Sales Engineer will work closely with the OEM Sales Manager and Head of Segment Sales to develop territory action plans and collaborate with Service, Marketing, Applications, and other sales resources to achieve targets.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Materials Sciences, Chemistry, Physics, or related fields
  • At least 3 years of sales experience with technical scientific products such as spectroscopy or confocal microscopy
  • Minimum 2 years managing OEM customers
  • Experience developing and implementing territory-specific sales strategies
  • Proficient with CRM platforms and MS Office applications

This is a permanent, remote position ideally based in Germany, with consideration for applicants in France, Netherlands, or the UK.
