Aerospacelab is seeking an Analyst Developer to contribute to the continuous integration of the Odoo ERP within the company. You will join a team of experienced Odoo analyst developers covering from purchases to sales, manufacturing to HR and helpdesk, ensuring scalable, quality ERP implementations.

The role involves developing, customizing and deploying MRP/ERP modules, supporting users, and maintaining code quality to align with Odoo standards.

Qualifications

• Odoo knowledge and ERP module experience.
• Bachelor or Master degree in computer science or related field.
• Knowledge of Python and database management.
• Hands-on experience with Linux, Git and debugging tools.
• Curious and open-minded; autonomous and solution oriented.

Responsabilités

• Develop, customize and deploy MRP/ERP modules based on business needs.
• Provide technical and functional support to Business Analysts and Odoo users.
• Ensure new features are compatible with Odoo Standard and coding guidelines.
• Produce high quality code that will run Aerospacelab's factories.
• Participate in the elaboration of technical and functional specifications with final users, developers, and business analysts.

Aerospacelab is looking for an Analyst Developer who will contribute to the continuous integration of the Odoo ERP in the company.

The developer will be part of an experienced team of Odoo analyst developers, with a 360° implementation goal, from purchases to sales, from project to manufacturing, from human resources to helpdesk, going through inventory, finance, customer relations, quality, maintenance and many more as a key in the company growth.

Our software missions

As part of the Odoo MRP/ERP deployment team:

• You ensure development, customization and deployment of MRP/ERP modules based on Business needs.


• Provide technical and functional support to Business Analyst and Odoo users


• Ensure the newly develop features are compatible with Odoo Standard (avoid regression) and comply with coding guidelines


• Produce high quality code that will run Aerospacelab's factories


• Participate in the elaboration of technical and functional specification with final users and the otherdevelopers and business analysts

Key activities

• Review and challenge specification with business analysts


• Split specification into plannable tasks


• Develop tasks and test them


• Write unit and integration tests to improve CI/CD


• Constant communication with all members in the teams (You won't develop your code alone in your corner)


• Help others improving their day‑to‑day routines

Must have

• Odoo knowledge


• Bachelor or Master degree in computer science, related technical field or equivalent Practical experience


• Knowledge in Python, Database management


• Hands-on experience with Linux, Git and debugging tools
