Reporting to the Sr. Director of Organizational Change Management (OCM), the OCM Associate will play a crucial role in planning, development, and implementation of change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of organizational changes. This position requires a clear thinker who can work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and Regional leads to minimize resistance and maximize engagement, ensuring that changes are smoothly and successfully implemented. Please note this role may require flexibility in working hours to effectively collaborate with colleagues across different time zones (including North America).
