Marin Post Acute in San Rafael, CA is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our therapy team and help residents regain independence through individualized treatment plans.

You will collaborate with physicians, nurses, and the care team to deliver patient-centered care, document progress, and meet regulatory requirements; new grads welcome with CA OT license.

Qualifications

• Active California OT license.
• Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Compassionate and team-oriented approach.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred — new grads welcome!

Responsabilités

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Support residents in regaining independence with daily living activities.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Provide therapeutic exercises, interventions, and adaptive strategies.
• Document progress and maintain regulatory compliance.
• Educate residents, caregivers, and staff on therapy goals and techniques.
