Job Title: Training Manager – Onshore Oil & Gas (LNG)
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience as a Training Manager or similar role in the onshore oil & gas sector, with a focus on LNG.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant training experience.
- Certified senior trainer for oil & gas operators, recognized by a reputable training provider.
- Strong background in coordinating corporate training programs.
- Senior Engineer level with a recognized technical qualification.
- Fluent in English.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated success in designing and implementing impactful training programs.
- Self-motivated, team-oriented, and able to work in multidisciplinary environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage training plans, schedules, and progress reports.
- Review and validate vendor/licensor training proposals for contractual compliance.
- Collaborate with vendors/licensors to design training materials and aids.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and its impact on employee performance and KPIs.
- Collect feedback from trainers and participants to improve future sessions.
- Coordinate with clients and subject matter experts on instructional design.
- Work closely with the client and O&M Manager to ensure training continuity and follow-up.
