O&M Contracts Lead Services (4/4/2025) Paris, France

We are looking for a O&M Contracts Lead Services for one of our clients with the following details:

Start Date: 2 June 2025

Duration: 12 Months Renewable

Location: Paris, France (Possible Travel: Berlin, Hamburg, Germany)

Status: Residential

Qualifications & Experience Required
  • Contribute to the refinement of the project's contracting strategy, including evaluation of EPCI vs. multi-contracting considerations.
  • Travel as needed between company and project offices, and to meet with suppliers.
  • Support the Capex and Opex estimation for the project.
  • Assist in reporting to and advising senior management on contract issues and claim management.
  • Provide C&P feedback to relevant departments for continuous improvement.
  • Monitor KPIs to ensure efficiency improvements.
  • Assist in the preparation, execution, and follow-up of Service Quality Meetings (SQMs) with each contractor.
  • Draft and issue change, variation orders, and contractual amendments as required.
  • Tools:
    • Use systematically tools and systems available (E-sourcing, ERP, AGORA, etc.) for the C&P process.
    • Ensure use of current ERP “MBC” (linked with Finance department and Technical Entities).
    • Participate or ensure Vendor Master Creation and Purchase Orders in ERP “MBC”.
    • Pre-qualify main suppliers in relation to TGP.
    • Ensure all tools are properly managed and administered.
    • Participate in C&P trainings for end users.
    Activities:
    • Expertise in Contracts & Procurement, Business, Accounting, or related fields with experience in contract administration.
    • Previous experience in procurement processes, including market analysis, international tenders, standards, regulations, and procedures.
    • Proficiency with procurement software: Ariba, ERP (MBC), Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint).
    • Ability to work closely with diverse stakeholders, including international teams, vendors, subcontractors, affiliates, HQ, etc.
    • Strong organizational skills.
