Northern Montana Hospital is seeking a Nutrition Services Lead to coordinate activities and direct department workers who prepare and serve food for clients, staff and visitors. Performs essential clerical duties and supports daily operations under the Nutrition Services Director.

The position offers a $1,200 discretionary sign-on bonus, with salary commensurate with up to 10 years of experience and a strong focus on food service quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Accurate typing ability and timely disaster drill responsiveness.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record; able to pass background check and drug screen.

About the role

Under the supervision of the Nutrition Services Director, the Nutrition Services Lead coordinates activities and directs and supervises department workers preparing and serving food for clients, staff and visitors. Performs essential clerical duties associated with department functions.

Qualifications

• Person with or in the process of obtaining a high school diploma or equivalent, with the ability to learn and follow written and verbal instructions
• Accurate typing ability
• Person must be able to respond in a timely manner to disaster drill activities as per hospital protocol
• Person must have a valid drivers license and good driving record.
• Ability to successfully pass Background Check and Drug Screen.
