Job summary

ProductLife France is seeking a Senior Regulatory Affairs professional in nutrition to address EU regulatory questions, evaluate product compliance, and advise clients on regulatory positioning. You will draft regulatory sections of technical files and prepare registration dossiers, while monitoring developments with authorities at European and international levels.

The role requires 6–10 years in EU regulatory affairs, a degree in nutrition/food science or food law, and strong analytical,

Qualifications

Regulatory knowledge of EU food regulations (labelling, Novel Foods, Hygiene, nutritional labeling).
Strong analytical and synthesis skills.

Responsibilities

Address regulatory questions by analyzing food regulation and cases law.
Evaluate product compliance.
Advise companies on regulatory positioning.
Evaluate the conformity of ingredients and finished products according to export regulations and standards.
Ensure compliance of various communication materials.
Draft regulatory sections of technical files.
Prepare notification and registration files and technical dossiers.
Monitor files with the relevant authorities.
Conduct regulatory monitoring at European and international levels.
