ProductLife Group seeks a Regulatory Affairs Expert specializing in Nutrition and Agro-Food groups. You will evaluate regulatory compliance of food products and handle complex regulatory situations across Europe and international markets, including China and other regions.

The ideal candidate has 6–10 years in EU regulatory affairs, with experience in nutritional products and knowledge of multiple regulatory frameworks across Europe.

Qualifikationen

• Sound knowledge of applicable food regulations (EU and French) incl. labeling, Novel Foods, hygiene, packaging, allergens, nutrition labeling, claims, and dietary products.
• Excellent analytical and synthesis skills; ability to contextualize regulatory issues.

Aufgaben

• Address regulatory questions by analyzing food regulation and case law
• Evaluate product compliance
• Advise companies on their regulatory positioning
• Evaluate ingredient and finished product conformity to export regulations and standards
• Ensure compliance of communication materials
• Draft regulatory sections of technical files
• Prepare notification and registration files and technical dossiers
• Monitor files with authorities
• Conduct regulatory monitoring at European and international levels
• Manage regulatory activities across Europe and international partners
