The Nursing Educator Officer is a key member of the hospital clinical management team whose role is critical for developing a qualified and competent nursing workforce.The Nursing Educator is responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating educational and professional development programs for nursing staff and students. This role supports clinical excellence, evidence-based practice, and continuing professional development (CPD), in line with national nursing standards and institutional objectives.

Education and Experience profile:

• Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from a recognized University or Institution is essential.
• Must be registered with Uganda Nurses & Midwives Council.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing Education, Health Education, or Clinical Education.
• Master's degree will be a plus.
• Min 5 years experience as a Registered Nurse.
• Min 2 years experience in Nursing Education is preferred.
