Job summary

OECD is seeking a Nurse for the Medical and Social Hub within the Human Resource Management service (EXD/HRM). The role spans two sites, La Muette and Boulogne, with a weekly schedule and responsibilities including medical treatments, records management, and health promotion.

The successful candidate will have a French-recognised nursing diploma, at least three years of nursing experience, and fluency or knowledge of English/French. Proficiency with MS Office and medical software is valued.

Qualifications

• Nursing diploma recognised in France (France/EU/UK).
• At least three years' nursing experience; experience in private sector or international organisations is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and knowledge of medical software is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Administer medical treatment prescribed by the Organisation’s doctor, including injections, vaccinations and dressings.
• Assist with administrative tasks related to staff medical records and appointments.
• Monitor and manage onsite medical supplies and first-aid kits; contribute to Medical and Social Hub administration.
• Coordinate with the doctor and emergency services when needed for medical emergencies.
• Promote good health practices through information and educational materials for staff; support prevention programs.
• Liaise with health and technical services on workplace health and safety issues and direct staff to appropriate facilities.
