The role combines engineering leadership, product management, strategic planning, and business development to deliver safe, high-quality and profitable solutions for nuclear power plant customers worldwide. You will guide the program from concept through deployment and foster collaboration across global teams.

Responsabilités

• Lead multidisciplinary team of engineers and project managers (~10).
• Define resource allocation and workload planning.
• Ensure successful execution of technology development projects.
• Define and maintain the technology roadmap and strategic plans.
• Develop resource and capability plans for future needs.
• Drive product innovation and technology standardization.
• Ensure compliance with engineering processes and quality requirements.
• Foster collaboration across global engineering teams.
• Act as technical focal point for steam generator products.
• Support business development through technical discussions.
