This role emphasizes clear, accessible rationales for non-specialists and sustained work with misuse scenarios, all while maintaining rigorous documentation and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Background in material control and accountability at a national laboratory or licensee.
• Experience in physical protection systems, sensors, barriers, delay and response testing.
• Experience with vulnerability assessment and adversary path analysis for nuclear facilities.
• Insider threat and human reliability programme work.
• Nuclear security policy, training or international assistance programmes.

Responsabilités

• Write challenging prompts in benign, dual-use and adversarial levels.
• Evaluate model responses against a defined policy standard.
• Draft the reference answer and the technical reasoning for why.
• Provide written rationales that non-specialists can follow.
• Read and write about misuse scenarios in the field for sustained periods.
