CentraState Healthcare System in Freehold, NJ, seeks a Nuclear Medicine Technologist to perform routine procedures, mentor students, and assist in accreditation efforts. The role involves injections, imaging, QC, and documentation within a collaborative healthcare team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Formal nuclear medicine technology training at an AMA approved school.
• Strong professional, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Performs Nuclear Medicine procedures including IV injections of radiopharmaceuticals and use of spect camera and computers.
• Keeps accurate records of receipt, disposal and administration of radioactive material.
• Performs required Quality Control procedures on camera and equipment and documents results.
• Reviews images, confirms case completion, assembles images and forwards to Radiologist.
