Description du poste

Are you a multilingual Account Director based in Northern Europe?We're seeking an experienced English- and French-speaking Account Director to lead and grow our key client relationships across Northern Europe.

In this role, you will :

  • Plan and deliver the Customer Success Strategy for each of your clients.
  • Advise clients on the implementation and best practice use of TrackBack products.
  • Attend and participate in multi-agency and strategic meetings.
  • Review and analyse trends to produce monthly client reports.

You should have :

  • Proven experience in the management and development of client relationships, including preparing and delivering presentations.
  • Strong interpersonal skills relating to individuals at all levels, both internally and externally.
  • Ability to work under pressure, use initiative, prioritise, and work to tight deadlines.
  • Verbal and written fluency in English and French (essential).
  • Verbal and written fluency in German (desirable).
