Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service to Nordic-speaking clients through various communication channels.
• Address and resolve client inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the company’s CRM system.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall client experience.
• Stay updated on company products, services, and industry trends to provide effective assistance.
• Foster a positive team environment and contribute to company objectives.

• Fluency in a Nordic language (such as Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish, or Danish) and English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and office software is advantageous.
