In this role, you will be the backbone of customer support for Nordic-speaking clients, assisting them with inquiries related to their subscriptions and ensuring high-quality service delivery. Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer support to Nordic-speaking clients through phone, email, and live chat.
  • Assist customers with subscription management, billing inquiries, and service-related questions.
  • Efficiently resolve customer issues and escalate when necessary to ensure timely resolutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay abreast of product updates and industry trends to offer informed assistance.
  • Fluency in Nordic languages (e.g., Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, Finnish) and English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
  • Experience in customer support, particularly in subscription-based or related services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and standard office software.
  • A proactive attitude and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
