IKATAN is seeking a talented AI/NLP Engineer to join our growing team in Île-de-France. You will design and integrate NLP/NLU engines for voicebots and chatbots, and apply Generative AI to automate customer service with real-time insights.

You will work with leading frameworks (Hugging Face, LangChain) and major LLM APIs to build scalable solutions, monitor model accuracy, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful outcomes for our clients.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in AI/DS/CS or equivalent.
• Significant experience in NLP and conversational technologies.
• Proficiency with leading frameworks and major LLM APIs.

Responsabilités

• Design and integrate NLP/NLU engines for voicebots and chatbots.
• Implement Generative AI solutions to automate customer service.
• Develop sentiment analysis tools for real-time customer interaction insights.
• Monitor model accuracy, manage training phases, and fine-tune responses.
• Integrate AI engines with contact center tools via APIs.
