Une entreprise innovante recherche un membre de son équipe produit pour travailler sur des produits utilisant l'apprentissage automatique. Dans ce rôle dynamique, vous serez responsable de la gestion du backlog produit, de la conception de nouvelles fonctionnalités et de la communication avec les équipes internes. Vous aurez l'occasion de collaborer avec des développeurs et des scientifiques des données, tout en contribuant à un environnement de travail flexible et inclusif. Description du poste

Within the product team and under the responsibility of a Product Owner, you will be part of one of the squads working on innovating products using Machine Learning.

Responsibilities:

  1. Build the product backlog and contribute to the product vision
  2. Collect and analyze needs both from internal teams and from clients
  3. Help prioritize product backlog
  4. Design new features and follow up until delivery:
    1. Write user stories and functional specifications
    2. Participate in the design of mockups and models with the UX designer
    3. Take part in agile ceremonies (daily refinements, planning, review, retro)
    4. Work closely with developers and data scientists
    5. Define acceptance criteria and help on writing test cases
    6. Participate in UAT with the QA team
  5. Communicate on new features:
    1. Write documentation on new features
    2. Present new products to internal teams and provide training
    3. Respond to questions from Customer Success support and sales teams

Qualifications:

  1. From Bac 4 and specialized training in the digital sector
  2. Good level of English (international teams and clients)
  3. Good communication skills and ability to adapt your message according to your audience
  4. Ability to handle large datasets (Excel, database outputs)
  5. Familiarity with Agile framework and tools (Jira is a plus)
  6. Ability to understand technical issues and communicate with dev teams
  7. Ability to work in a team (questioning, humility, culture of challenge and feedback)
