Une plateforme de location de vacances de luxe, basée à Cannes, recherche un membre proactif pour rejoindre son équipe de conciergerie. Ce poste est idéal pour un passionné du voyage, qui souhaite développer son expérience dans le service client au sein du secteur de l'hospitalité. Les candidats doivent être disponibles pour des horaires rotationnels, y compris les week-ends et jours fériés.

Qualifications

• Expérience de 1 an minimum en opérations ou service client, de préférence dans le secteur des voyages ou de l'hospitalité.
• Niveau d'anglais natif ou courant et français intermédiaire exigé.
• Passion pour le luxe et les voyages.

Responsabilités

• Répondre à toutes les demandes de conciergerie avant le séjour des clients (réservations de restaurants, charters de yachts, chefs privés, etc.).
• Assurer le suivi proactif avec les invités depuis la phase d'introduction jusqu'à leur arrivée.
• Compiler et rapporter les retours des invités, en communiquant ces informations en interne.

The position is based in our Cannes office and will start as early as possible in June. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented person to join our Concierge Team for a 3-month CDD. This role is ideal for someone passionate about luxury travel and eager to gain experience in guest relations, client services, and operations within the hospitality industry.Respond to all concierge requests prior to guests’ stay (restaurant reservations, yacht charters, private chefs, etc.) Ensure proactive follow-up with guests from the introductory stage to the arrival date of their stay at the property.Be the client’s trusted advisor by uncovering each guest’s preferences and criteria to propose a curated selection of recommendations, services, and experiences for their upcoming trip.Educate guests about the services and experiences we offer, tailoring your approach to their specific needs and preferences.Compile and report on guest feedback, communicating this information internally and to our partners.Represent A.M.A Selections with partners and owners for all guest-related matters, from the introductory stage to the departure date of their booking, acting as a point of contact for any potential issues or further queries.Be available for regular rotating schedules, which may include weekends and holidays, as our guests need us.Identify new service providers and convert them into active partners to list their services and experiences on our platform.Good Microsoft Office skills and ability to quickly master new systems and tools.Professional, dynamic, great team spirit, and service-oriented.Native or fluent English (written and spoken) and an intermediate level of French is required.A bachelor’s degree is preferred.Minimum of 1 year of experience in operations or customer service, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.Affinity for luxury and travel.Compensation BRUT: 2800€ per month (plus tips)Contract: 3-month CDD (possibility of converting to CDI, based on results)All CV’s and applications should be in English only.
