As our Night Guest Services Manager, you will ensure guests have a memorable experience by managing all aspects of the hotel's night operations. You will create a warm, welcoming atmosphere and demonstrate excellent attention to detail and customer service skills.

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide a warm welcome and set the tone for guest experiences
  • Ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes, including group arrivals
  • Cover reception, kitchen, bar, and restaurant duties as needed
  • Answer hotel calls professionally and warmly
  • Supervise the Night Audit process
  • Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the front office and lobby areas
  • Support food and beverage outlets, including conferences and events
  • Conduct regular security walks around the hotel
  • Mentor and support Night Guest Experience Agents

What we are looking for:

  • Previous hotel experience as a Night Manager, Night Receptionist, or similar role, preferably with branded hotels and knowledge of Front Office systems
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Basic food safety understanding
  • Ability to supervise a team daily
  • Proactive, composed, enthusiastic, approachable, with strong rapport-building skills
  • Understanding of night shift requirements
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and administrative skills; proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • A clean driving license for guest chauffeur duties (hotel location dependent)
