Perfectly situated at 19 Avenue Kléber, The Peninsula sits in the heart of Paris within walking distance of some of the world’s most famous monuments, museums and luxury shopping districts. The Peninsula houses 200 luxurious rooms, including 93 suites. Working alongside a high profile and prestigious team, The Peninsula Paris is seeking a Night Concierge.

Key Accountabilities

  • Meet customer expectations and needs.
  • Responsible for providing information regarding both City and Peninsula Hotel attractions and points of interest.
  • Memorize customer names and habits whenever possible
  • Promote, during its contacts with the customer, the services offered by the Hotel,
  • Keep informed of all events taking place inside and outside the hotel (fairs, congresses, meetings, shows, etc.),
  • Ability to resolve issues with efficiency and discretion



General Requirements

  • Empathy
  • Strong sense of confidentiality
  • Fluent both in French and English – third language appreciated
  • Knowledge of IT tools (Opera, Hotsos, Go Concierge, Microphones, etc.)
  • Able to communicate effectively with all levels of staff.
