Night beneficiary attendant

Job Description

Le Château Sainte-Marie, a friendly residence for seniors located in the heart of Beauce, offers you stable working hours, a healthy environment, and friendly managers. We are currently looking for a part-time night beneficiary attendant (PAB) with Law 90 training.

Location: Château Sainte-Marie, Sainte-Marie

Job Status: Permanent, Part-Time

Schedule: Night shifts, 20 hours per week

Purpose of the Position

• Assist and/or accompany residents in getting around
• Report any noticeable changes in residents' mental or physical health to the on-call nurse
• Proactively support residents
• Follow standards and regulations in accordance with private seniors' home certification and employer policies
• Carry out health and hygienic care in collaboration with the team, maintaining residents' dignity and integrity
• Respond to emergency situations

Minimum Qualifications

• Up-to-date CPR/AED certification
• PDSB training
