Job Description

The Night Auditor / Receptionist role involves:

• Being sociable, creating bonds with clients, and establishing trusting relationships
• Being helpful and attentive, providing solutions to clients' needs
• Being multilingual, fluent in at least two languages, and comfortable with an international clientele

Responsibilities include:

• Welcoming and informing guests, personalizing customer relations
• Checking in and out guests, managing the phone system, sorting mail, restocking first aid kits
• Handling reception accounting: processing payments, cash closures, archiving, managing guarantees and deposits, controlling parking and transfer billing
• Ensuring safety and making decisions in emergencies (fire procedures, etc.)
• Having in-depth knowledge of the resort and collaborating with other departments (housekeeping, laundry, catering)
• Developing internal sales and managing billing for stays and local sales
• Maintaining service quality, adhering to hygiene and safety rules, and preserving the property
