Description du poste

As the New Business Sales Manager across FST, you will be primarily responsible for achieving sales targets in the assigned territory and implementing the sales strategies set by management. You will drive the sales cycle from initial contact to signing the deal, maintain good client relationships, and participate in market analysis and relationship building with senior management and key opinion leaders in the banking and financial services sectors.

OPPORTUNITIES

  • Achieve New Logo sales targets established by the Sales Director, preparing and executing a territory sales plan in accordance with Temenos strategy.
  • Manage the BNS Wealth territory with a focus on selling Temenos end-to-end Wealth Management solutions.
  • Lead and manage the full new logo sales cycle, coordinating pre-sales and other resources as needed. Work with pre-sales to ensure professional engagement with prospects, understanding their requirements, and delivering quality proposals highlighting Temenos strengths.
  • Negotiate or assist in negotiations on sales and service agreement terms, depending on deal size.
  • Assist in market research and build prospective client profiles regarding their current systems, potential software investments, strategies, and decision makers.

SKILLS

  • Over 10 years of proven experience in new sales and achieving targets within the banking and financial sectors.
  • Ability to engage with people at all organizational levels and demonstrate strong negotiation skills with decision makers.
  • Good understanding of banking operations (front, middle, back office) and IT/software solutions.
  • Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with international exposure and flexibility to be deployed across the territory.
  • Excellent English communication skills; additional European languages are a plus.
  • Previous experience in wealth, private banking, or investment/asset management is advantageous.
