Ce rôle dynamique implique le développement des ventes à partir de zéro, la gestion des relations avec les partenaires et la définition des objectifs commerciaux pour la région. Description du poste

Neurosurgery Country Sales and Marketing Manager, Lyon

Our client is a global leader in non-invasive neurosurgical treatments. The company is dedicated to improving patient lives by collaborating with physicians, medical institutions, academic researchers, and regulatory bodies around the world.

They are currently looking for a Sales & Marketing Manager to cover France and kickstart sales from scratch. This is a full-time, home office-based position preferably in the greater Paris area with easy access to airport.

Required Experience and Skills:

  1. At least 5 years in sales of capital medical devices in Europe
  2. Experience developing sales channels via distributors
  3. Confident negotiation, good attention to detail, and evidence of an entrepreneurial mindset
  4. A result-driven approach with a proactive attitude
  5. Excellent communication skills, with strong written and spoken English
  6. Ability to act with limited supervision, using own initiative to continually grow the market
  7. Good time-management skills and the ability to work independently
  8. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a global company
  9. Familiarity with Neurosurgery market is a plus

Main Responsibilities:

  1. The Sales & Marketing Manager France has overall responsibility regarding marketing & sales plans in the region and is accountable for sales revenues.
  2. He leads the reimbursement processes and develops the business aspects of collaboration with partners in the territory.
  3. He is closely associated with the other activities of the company in the territory: site development, regulatory, service, training, etc.
  4. The territory includes France. In the future, as it becomes commercially justified, additional countries shall be added.

Define annually the region’s business goals:

  1. Orders and sales, per quarter and per country
  2. Build a pipeline of business opportunities for the rolling current and following years.
  3. Manage and lead the sales team
  4. Manage relations with partners (distributors, GE, Siemens)
  5. Define sales goals with partners for the region and work to implement
  6. Ensure working relations with KOL

Sales execution:

  1. Develop the sales strategy for the three commercially released products: UF, Neuro, and Oncology/Bone.
  2. Follow up on detailed sales execution plans up to closure
  3. Regularly update the commercial reporting tools (commercial trackers)
  4. Develop efficient working relationships with business partners to ensure overall account coordination
  5. Ensure service and disposables revenues according to goals.

Site development:

  1. Work to achieve company goals in the number of treatments

Region’s Marketing:

  1. Work with the VP marketing and the product managers to define marketing plans for the region
  2. Help customize the sales/marketing tools needed to convey our value proposition.

Reimbursement:

  1. Lead the process of obtaining reimbursement
  2. Work with the reimbursement team to define a reimbursement strategy
  3. Work with all stakeholders to get their support (patients, societies, insurers, administration, etc.)
