WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO ?

As Network Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing agency performance, supporting strategic decision-making, and ensuring the successful implementation of regional initiatives.

  • Lead the follow-up of corrective action plans and ensure timely resolution of deviations.
  • Develop and refine performance monitoring tools and dashboards for internal and network-wide use.

Agency Scorecard Oversight

  • Track and evaluate operational and financial KPIs (e.g., roadmap indicators, GM Cockpit, SG&A, OPEX).
  • Lead data-driven reviews with country managers and identify areas for efficiency gains and cost optimization.
  • Ensure continuous alignment of agency performance with group-level priorities and strategic objectives.
  • Monitor and report on key business development projects (e.g., CCIS, Intermodal).
  • Contribute to regional market intelligence through regular competitor analysis and trend monitoring, providing recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Support the preparation of strategic reviews, budgets, business trips, and seminars for the region.
  • Ensure the quality and consistency of reporting from the network (strategic decks, market news, etc.).

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR ?

  • Proven experience in business development, performance monitoring, or agency management within the shipping or logistics industry.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience, including exposure to multi-country/regional oversight and interaction with senior stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical mindset – ability to extract insights from data and drive decisions with a strategic perspective.
  • Skilled in cross-functional collaboration and intercultural communication – able to influence and engage at all levels of the organization.
  • Track record of leading initiatives and ensuring execution through strong project management and follow-up.
  • Familiarity with budgeting processes, KPI frameworks, and operational excellence programs.
