The Money Movement Solutions team (MMS) at Visa works on designing, managing, and growing products and solutions for moving money using Visa's networks (e.g., Visa Direct, Currency Cloud, and B2B Connect). These products and services are typically aimed at commercial entities including banks, fintech, remitters, marketplaces, and other organizations. These capabilities support collections, multicurrency accounts, disbursements of P2P and B2B funds. MMS spans across different dimensions of money movement including cross-border transactions, disbursements, money transfers, and more.
This is a client-facing role interacting with Banks, Acquirers, PSPs, Processors, and Merchants with direct impact on MMS Revenue. The role holder will play a critical role in the development of this rapidly growing business. Working as part of a growing team with a startup culture and supported by strong strategy, global product, and technical teams, he/she will be responsible for engaging issuers and key clients to identify, define, and initiate real-time payment technical solutions, keeping in mind evolving market, client, and consumer needs, with the objective of driving significant future market growth for Visa.
The role has direct responsibility for enabling clients and expanding the MMS in Europe. The role holder must possess a unique combination of strategic thinking, technical skill, leadership, and a deep understanding of payments, mobile technology, processing, banking systems, consumer behavior, and Visa's business. Crucially, the candidate must demonstrate excellent influential skills to help execute the Payouts strategy for Europe.

Qualifications:
The person filling this position will be working with various Issuers teams and must demonstrate excellent influencing skills to help execute the Push Payments strategy for Europe.
Significant experience working across European markets in the payments sector.
Excellent analytical skills and exposure in the latest BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong focus on outcomes.
Experience in a Programme / Product role for new payment product technologies and capabilities including banking/commercial/advisory. Prior banking/issuer/payments experience is a plus.
Knowledge of predominant payment schemes in strategic markets in Europe i.e., ACH, RTP, SWIFT, Cards.
Solid understanding of card portfolio performance drivers and data analytics that drive portfolio performance maximization. Solid knowledge and experience with debit, credit, and prepaid card P&Ls, marketing research, risk management, authorization strategies, and regulatory landscape.
Understanding of Money Movement regulation and law is an advantage.
