Job summary

Oracle NetSuite is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a team of inside and outside sales reps focused on mid‑market and corporate segments. You will drive revenue, coach the team, recruit talent and ensure in‑depth product knowledge to close complex SaaS deals.

You will recruit and train the team, monitor activity, and develop comprehensive proposals. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a proven track record in SaaS/ERP sales in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of closing experience in SaaS/Technology sales.
• At least 2 years of sales management experience, managing a team of 8+ reps.
• Strong understanding of accounting solutions, business solutions, ERP or CRM.
• Proven track record of top-producer performance.
• Leadership, coaching and mentoring experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of outside Sales Representatives serving Mid‑Market and Corporate spaces.
• Develop and manage the team to generate revenue and achieve quotas.
• Teach, coach and mentor sales professionals to develop in their careers.
• Recruit, train and coach on sales strategy and NetSuite product knowledge.
• Monitor demand and sales activity and track results.
• Develop solution proposals covering all aspects of business applications.
