Job summary

SystemsAccountants Inc. is recruiting a NetSuite ERP System Owner to join a global client on a permanent basis.

The role focuses on optimisation and diagnostics of the current ERP system and leading a team of developers in a hybrid setup. You will require a deep NetSuite technical understanding (SuiteScript, customisations) and proven leadership experience, with a track record of delivering roadmap-based improvements and cross-functional collaboration with finance and supply chain teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of NetSuite experience with technical understanding.
• Experience leading an ERP/NetSuite team or product owner.
• Strong knowledge of NetSuite SuiteScript and customisations.
• Ability to create project roadmaps and deliver on them.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Retail sector experience is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Develop an optimisation roadmap for the NetSuite setup.
• Recommend strategic improvements with developers and third parties.
• Lead user adoption and training programs.
• Deliver insights to the C-suite on change recommendations.
• Collaborate across wider teams to implement change.
