We are looking for a Net-Zero Project Manager (H/F) who reports directly to the Europe Head of Sustainability. In close collaboration with corporate and market stakeholders, you will be responsible for defining, deploying, and ensuring the excellent execution of the Europe Net-Zero Roadmap to achieve Chanel's targets. The ideal candidate will balance detailed, technical sustainability knowledge with strong stakeholder management skills to oversee programs in a complex, multinational organization.

WHAT IMPACT YOU CREATE AT CHANEL

• Develop and implement Net Zero Strategies
• Define, deploy, deliver, and pilot the Europe Net Zero Program in line with the House framework and quantitative targets.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify decarbonization opportunities, focusing on footprint hotspots and methodology alignment. Revise the Net Zero roadmap three times a year.

Lead, Monitor, and Report

• Lead multiple projects/initiatives such as energy and water management, mobility, freight & flows.
• Establish KPIs and metrics to track progress towards decarbonization and reduction goals, ensuring a unified approach to data collection.
• Manage planning and facilitate communication among stakeholders to keep programs aligned with the vision and objectives.
• Deep dive into carbon accounting methodology and contribute to validation of results with the Performance Team.
• Report on the Net Zero Program and support the Head of Sustainability Europe with presentations and communications.

Regulatory Compliance and Standards

• Contribute to climate disclosures such as CSRD and CSDDD alongside Business and Performance teams.
• Work with legal teams to monitor environmental regulations and industry standards affecting Europe, identifying areas for improvement.
• Become the go-to person in Europe for questions related to Net Zero.
