Description du poste

NEO is a major Group worldwide program decided by the Executive Committee – that will create common, simplified, and harmonized ways of working that will enable us to operate cross-métier processes in our plants, Countries, Zones & Divisions.

By optimizing processes among divisions, NEO will allow us to support our go-to-market initiatives in a more consumer centric and agile fashion, while improving the user experience and workloads for our teams. Laying the foundation for Beauty Tech, NEO will contribute to group performance, by leveraging our data, and helping transform L’Oréal into a “smart company.”

Today NEO Program is at a turning point: shifting from a “design & build & pilots mode” to a “rollout mode” to deploy NEO in all L’Oréal entities.

To support this second phase of the project, the Data & Cutover team is at the heart: ensure quality of Data, pilot the full cutover process to move from legacies to NEO with an integrated approach of the global applications landscape.

WOULD YOU LIKE TO BE A PART OF THIS ADVENTURE?

Join our Data & Cutover team in the capacity of PMO Data.

The scope of this dedicated Data & Cutover team covers the key pillars of Data: deliver & deploy a robust Master Data Management (MDM) solution and master the cutover (including data migration activities) process. We are also industrializing several tasks to create a more scalable model for roll-out.

HERE’S HOW YOU WILL HAVE A ROLE TO PLAY IN IT:

For all rollouts, a smooth transition from the legacies to NEO landscape is a key success factor: the Cutover Rollout Lead mission results in leading all cutover phases for one dedicated NEO local entity.

You will be the “guardian of the temple” of the methodology execution and be responsible for planning and coordinating the cutover phases including Data migration, Business Cutover, Technical Cutover, and Data Propagation through the applications landscape.

MAIN MISSIONS ON THE JOB

  • Create and animate relationships between global and regional/local teams.
  • Lead communication on the main milestones (kick-off, steerco, etc.).
  • Provide the methodology (Ways of Working, deliverables, etc.) to the NEO local team and ensure it is properly applied and on time.
  • Monitor the data cleansing.
  • Monitor the Cutover localization (Design & Build).
  • Coordinate a detailed Cutover plan, including data migration, identifying key steps, timelines, and resources required.
  • Consolidate all pre-requisites before each and every Cutover phase.
  • Drumbeat and report the Cutover progress, alert, and escalate when necessary.
  • Perform REX and monitor the action plan to secure the next Cutover.

THE SKILLS THAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED

With at least years of experience as PMO, you will need:

  • Technical skills: Project management Cutover is crucial for NEO success. You will have to manage this as a project (steer co, weekly meetings, etc.) in a complex organization. Previous experience on ERP project.
  • Soft skills: Able to communicate with a wide range of stakeholders (Business, IT, Supply, Finance, applications, local Business, PMO). Able to manage priorities and meet deadlines. Curious as you will discover many types of data in NEO (Product, Supplier, Customer, Inventory, Transactional data…) and several entities/ways of working in L’Oréal.
  • Tools: ServiceNow, Microsoft Project, Excel.

WHAT COULD BE THE NEXT STEPS AFTER THIS POSITION?

With NEO you will:

  • Learn the future ways of working of the group, therefore be truly valuable for the company.
  • Get a deep understanding of cross-métiers topics (Finance, Supply Chain, Commerce, Internal Control, IT).
  • Learn how this large program is managed in hybrid-agile methodology with strong interactions with workstreams (Testing, Apps Remediation, etc.).
  • Be exposed to an international and multi-cultural environment.

NEO is a career accelerator as you will acquire project skills that are increasingly key for a career in the group.

  • Inside NEO: After this position, you can either take a new position in the tribes (Data, FS, OC, PP, RR) or in a workstream.
  • Outside NEO: You can also join another entity/project strongly upskilled with an end-to-end vision and project management. You can also join a data domain out of NEO if you want to keep working on data, as a data domain manager, data governance officer, and all data-related functions with leadership.
