The United Nations Environment Programme in Paris invites a Mitigation Specialist Consultant to support Paraguay’s NDC 3.0 by strengthening the mitigation framework and monitoring capacity. You will assess indicators across sectors and align them with national systems.

You will work with the Technical Advisor on NDCs and other specialists, lead workshops, and help update plans to ensure coherent, actionable mitigation actions for a low-emission future.

Responsabilités

• Identify, review and assess existing environmental and climate indicators relevant to mitigation across key sectors.
• Coordinate with national stakeholders and UNEP technical teams to ensure coherence and alignment of mitigation efforts.
