The United Nations Environment Programme in Paris seeks a consultant to provide technical expertise for two government-endorsed deliverables: a Revised NDC Implementation Plan with sector-specific tracking tools and a results-based monitoring framework.

It will also deliver an Updated NDC Investment Plan including a climate finance matrix, a financing strategy, resource mobilisation guidelines, and ten bankable project notes.

Responsabilités

• The consultant will provide technical expertise for the development of two government-endorsed deliverables: 1) a Revised NDC Implementation Plan with sector-specific tracking tools, institutional arrangements, and a results-based monitoring framework, and 2) an Updated NDC Investment Plan including a climate finance matrix, a financing strategy, resource mobilisation guidelines, and a pipeline of ten bankable project notes.
