National Technical Manager – France

Hudson RPO is recruiting on behalf of a global provider of sustainable hygiene and chemical solutions for industrial and institutional sectors. We are looking for a National Technical Manager to lead and structure field technical operations across France.

Remote role – flexible location within France.

You will be responsible for leading the performance, structure, and day-to-day organisation of the national technical field teams. Working closely with regional managers, commercial teams, and support functions, your focus will be on customer service, team development, safety compliance, and operational efficiency.

• Experienced leaders of technical field teams
• You’ve managed multi-site teams in a B2B or industrial environment, ideally in service operations, field support, or technical delivery.
• Structured, hands-on mindset
• You know how to organise and prioritise operations, anticipate needs, reduce inefficiencies, and promote preventive action.
• Influential and collaborative leadership
• You lead through trust, communication, and daily engagement with regional leaders.
• Performance and cost-awareness
• You understand the commercial impact of technical actions and encourage smart, efficient service delivery.
• Safety-first culture
• You ensure that safety procedures are applied consistently, and actively contribute to risk prevention.
• Fluent English and French
• You interact daily with international stakeholders—fluency in both languages is essential.
• Lead and coach regional technical managers and their field teams
• Structure planning and resource allocation for effective field operations
• Promote upskilling and training for both internal and subcontracted staff
• Manage subcontractor performance, compliance, and associated budgets
• Drive adoption of internal tools and improve post-intervention reporting practices
• Ensure HSE rules are applied and risks are proactively mitigated
• Collaborate with commercial teams on client deployments and added-value initiatives
• Instil a culture of performance, accountability, and continuous improvement
