Who You'll Work With

As a team member of the Arista Sales team, you are the face of Arista to our customers; their internal champion for the problems they need to solve. You will align Arista’s technical resources to achieve your customer’s business outcomes. You will partner with skilled Customer Engineers, Professional Services, and Executive teams to help implement solutions. Our sales team fosters a culture of success, collaboration, and support. This role typically reports to a Regional Sales Manager or Area VP of Sales.

What You'll Do

We are seeking a proven Named Account Manager to join our growing Sales organization. The role involves acting as a trusted advisor and implementing sales strategies to exceed targets within a designated list of accounts in the Paris region.

Arista appeals to innovative organizations that value quality. Technical acumen and a history of selling data center solutions are highly desirable.

Job Responsibilities :

  • Exceed sales objectives and promote the Arista brand within enterprise accounts in France.
  • Utilize a consultative approach with key stakeholders to address needs related to hybrid cloud computing and legacy IT systems, across Arista’s product portfolio including Cloud Networking, EOS, Cognitive Campus Networking, Wi-Fi Campus, Cloud Vision, Network Monitoring Fabric, NDR, Endpoint, and AI-driven Security solutions.
  • Meet with influencers, decision-makers, and C-level executives to present Arista’s value.
  • Work with systems engineers to design solutions that reduce total cost of ownership.
  • Partner with technology providers to identify prospects and demonstrate solutions.
  • Manage key channel relationships in your territory.
  • Develop strategic account plans based on regular reviews.
  • Conduct demand generation activities like happy hours, lunch-n-learns, and tech forums.
  • Collaborate on marketing strategies and best practices.
  • Stay updated on partner solutions, competitors, and industry strategies.

Qualifications

You have a hunter mentality with a proven record in technology sales, maintaining relationships and penetrating new accounts. You are influential and trusted, delivering business value to end users and stakeholders.

Minimum Job Requirements :

  • BS/BA degree or equivalent plus 8+ years in technology sales.
  • Proven success in direct sales within target accounts and exceeding targets.
  • Relevant background in data center or networking (LAN/WAN, SDN) from partners, competitors, or end users.
  • Strong network and relationships within your territory.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills at all organizational levels.
  • Previous experience and technical knowledge in Networking, SDN, NFV, Switching, Automation, Routing, Data Center, Edge Computing, Virtualization, HCI, or Cloud computing.
