Job summary

A leading IT consulting firm in Île-de-France is seeking an Assistant Manager for Human Resources. You will leverage your HR strategy expertise and Murex integration experience to develop and maintain workflows, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with various teams. A minimum of 4 years of experience and familiarity with financial products are preferred. This is a full-time position based on-site in Les Ulis.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Murex Integration.
• Strong hands‑on experience with MXML, Workflows, Gateways, Feeds.
• Good understanding of Datamart and Trade Lifecycle.
• Familiarity with financial products (FX, IRD, MM, Bonds) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integration workflows (MXML / Workflows).
• Design and support interfaces between Murex and upstream/downstream systems.
• Troubleshoot integration issues and optimize performance.
• Coordinate with FO/BO/Risk/Infra teams.
