You will partner with a dynamic global team of experts including underwriters, risk engineers, analytics, and claims professionals to design, implement, and service multinational insurance programs. This includes issuing timely policies, providing regulatory advice, sharing local knowledge, supporting efficient money movement capabilities, and deploying large fronted limits. Role Summary

This is an external broker and client-facing role managing the day-to-day servicing and multinational technical support on an assigned portfolio of Tier 3 Multinational programs, supporting the Product Underwriters. It also provides multinational technical support for Tier 4 standard programs as needed and covers all major Multinational lines of business.

What you need to know
  • Coordinate daily multinational servicing activities throughout the program lifecycle for an assigned portfolio, acting as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage pre-bind activities proactively, including:

- Utilizing available AIG tools and technology for comprehensive territorial analysis detailing regulatory requirements for quotations.

  • Collect specific regulatory information impacting the program, such as tariffs, minimum rates, retentions, cessions, and other regulatory matters requiring engagement with the AIG network prior to binding.
  • Promote and drive the adoption of the AIG Multinational End-to-End process to ensure clarity of roles, responsibilities, and timelines, enhancing service performance and contract certainty.
  • Complete hand-off documentation to Multinational Administrator/Operations for network instructions, ensuring 100% accuracy and alignment with bound program terms.
  • Manage post-bind activities, including monitoring program implementation, addressing network issues, tracking performance, and escalating issues as necessary.
  • Provide regular updates on program performance to brokers or clients until full implementation.
  • Address ad hoc mid-term enquiries, endorsements, certificate requirements, or other administrative requests, engaging appropriate authorities for approvals when needed.
  • Provide tracking and performance data for inclusion in periodic client stewardship meetings.
  • Support colleagues with multinational program design, territorial information, and problem-solving as needed.
  • Build strong relationships with underwriters and distribution to promote AIG Multinational.
  • Contribute to strategies that align our product offerings and grow the business.
What we're looking for
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial insurance, preferably client servicing (broker or company background).
  • Technical knowledge of multinational programs and experience in the multinational environment and processes.
  • Experience working with multinational corporations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Highly motivated, able to work autonomously and proactively.
  • Good time management skills, capable of handling multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
  • Strong administrative skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to articulate ideas clearly.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Ability to identify operational improvements and acquire relevant technical knowledge.
  • Computer literacy: MS Outlook, Excel, Word.
