Mistral AI is seeking Applied Scientists and Research Engineers to push the boundaries of AI across text, image and speech modalities. You will develop SOTA models and contribute to a broad set of use cases and domains, collaborating with internal and client teams to deliver high-impact AI solutions.

You will create novel methods, curate data for pre-training, and build tools to accelerate research, training and deployment in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

Qualificações

• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
• Able to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Track record of success through personal projects, professional projects or academia.

Responsabilidades

• Run state-of-the-art model development for multiple modalities (text, image, speech).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across science, engineering and product.
• Develop tools and frameworks to enable data generation, training, evaluation and deployment.
• Manage research projects and communicate with client research teams.
