Position Overview
We are seeking a talented Multimedia Production Specialist to produce, edit, and publish compelling video, audio, and photographic content that supports marketing, communications, and digital engagement efforts. This role requires strong technical skills in multimedia editing tools and a creative eye for visual storytelling.

You will work closely with content creators, marketers, and communications teams to deliver polished multimedia assets tailored to target audiences.

Key Responsibilities

Video Production & Editing

• Shoot, edit, and produce video content for various platforms including social media, websites, and presentations
• Add effects, titles, transitions, and audio tracks to create professional-quality videos
• Manage video projects from conception to final delivery, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met
• Record, edit, and mix audio for podcasts, voiceovers, and multimedia projects
• Enhance audio quality by removing background noise and balancing sound levels
• Integrate audio seamlessly into video and multimedia productions

Photography Editing & Publishing

• Edit and retouch photographs for digital and print use, maintaining brand aesthetics and visual consistency
• Manage photo libraries and ensure proper cataloging and archiving of digital assets
• Prepare images for publishing across websites, social media, and marketing materials

Content Publishing & Distribution

• Upload and optimize multimedia content for various digital platforms, ensuring proper formatting and metadata tagging
• Collaborate with marketing and communication teams to schedule and promote multimedia releases
• Monitor content performance and recommend improvements based on analytics

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in multimedia production including video, audio, and photography editing
• Proficiency with editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro , Final Cut Pro , Adobe Audition , Photoshop , and Lightroom
• Solid understanding of multimedia file formats, compression techniques, and digital publishing standards
• Strong storytelling skills with attention to visual and audio quality
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree or certification in Multimedia Production, Film, Digital Media, or related field
• Experience with motion graphics and animation software (e.g., Adobe After Effects)
• Familiarity with video hosting and streaming platforms (YouTube, Vimeo, etc.)
• Basic knowledge of web content management systems (CMS) and SEO best practices
• Understanding of copyright laws and licensing related to multimedia content
