Qualifikationen

• Native French, German, Italian, Spanish or Polish with fluent English.
• 2+ years in customer service, ideally in e-commerce or beauty.
• Warm, precise writing and genuine interest in perfume.

Aufgaben

• Answer questions by email and chat in your language and in English.
• Assist with orders, delivery, sizes, and perfume recommendations.
• Turn tricky cases into happy customers with calm problem solving.
• Share customer feedback to help improve products and processes.
