Scento, headquartered in Paris with a Berlin office, seeks a Multilingual Content Lead to own editorial output across languages. You will set tone of voice, ensure native-quality copy, and run the localization workflow with native writers to avoid translation.

Collaborate with SEO and the curation team to grow search traffic and trust. Plan a steady content calendar, manage freelancers at volume, and mentor editors.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in editorial, content or localisation.
• Native-level English plus at least one other European language.
• Experience managing freelance writers and translators at volume.
• Love of perfume is a big plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead editorial output in multiple languages: product descriptions, guides, the journal and landing pages.
• Run the localisation workflow with native writers/reviewers so content reads native, not translated.
• Own tone of voice and quality standards with SEO and curation teams.
• Plan and publish a steady content calendar that drives search traffic and trust.
• Manage freelance writers and translators with clear briefs and fast feedback.
